Corona measures & consequences

Due to the coronavirus we've taken some precautions to minimise the risk of spreading the virus.

To minimise the contact between humans, it is at this moment not possible to pick up your order and pay in cash at our warehouse.

Our contracted delivery service will continue to deliver, but to minimise the contact you will have to give him permission to sign for the package. You will be asked to show an ID, and the last three digits of this ID will be written in the field of signature.

Our contractor, PostNL, has taken precautions to stop the spreading of the virus through their facilities. Desinfectant sprays are supplied to their staff in all locations, and they have assured us that the virus can not be spread through mail and packages..

In the following countries are we experiencing delays in the shipment of packages is delayed*:
Argentinië, Bahrein, België, Brunei, Brazilië, Belize, Canada, Chili, Algerije, Estland, Egypte, Equatoriaal Guinee, Guinee Bissau, Hong Kong, Honduras, India, Irak, Jordanië, Japan, Zuid Korea, Libanon, Litouwen, Letland, Marokko, Panama, Paraguay, Saudi Arabië, Suriname, Tsjaad, Ukraine, Verenigde Staten, Kosovo.

In these countries delivery of packages is temporary blocked completely*:
Djibouti, Ecuador, Filipijnen, Frans Polynesië, Kaaimaneilanden, Koeweit, Libië, Malediven, Moldavië, Mongolië, Peru, Somalië, Tunesië, Yemen.

Shipments to PostNL locations in Belgium.
New rulings of the Belgium government resulted in de closing of non-essential stores, so part of the PostNL locations in Belgium is closed. This means that part of the shipments cannot be delivered.

Specific measures for Belgium:

New measures as from March 19, 2020
The Belgium government has decided to close all non-essential stores at noon March 18, 2020. Due to this measure, part of the "PostNL-punten" in Belgium are closed.

Packages on a Belgium PostNL-punt:
Packages that already arrived on a closed PostNL-punt, will stay there. PostNL is trying to work at a solution.

At this moment it is not possible to ship directly to a PostNL-punt in Belgium. Packages that are still underway to a closed PostNL-punt will be sent back to the shipper. Packages that were undeliverable for the second time, will be sent to a PostNL-punt which remains open.

The number of packages in Belgium is extremely high. The combination of this large amount of packages and the new measures of the Belgium government can result in delays.
